I ordered from them once and yeah, my stuff did show up, so I’d say the site seems legit. Prices were alright too. The only thing was the shipping updates were kinda slow, and support took a bit to get back to me. Not a terrible experience or anything, it just had me feeling a little unsure for a minute.

I’ve ordered from them a couple of times now, and overall I’d say the experience has been decent. The prices are definitely good, which is what keeps me coming back. My only gripe is that the shipping updates felt a little slow, so the whole process had a kind of “just wait and hope” vibe for a bit. That said, everything did show up fine both times, so I can’t really complain too much...

"I’m still kind of confused about when everything..."
I’m still kind of confused about when everything happened, but basically my card ended up being charged more than the total I saw at checkout. I thought maybe it was pending or would adjust after a day or two, then I had to go back and forth with support to get it fixed. It did get sorted out eventually, but it was way more hassle than it should’ve been. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Special order was way easier than expected"
I had to special order a part and thought it was going to be a whole thing, but they handled it without any hassle. Whenever I checked in, they gave me updates, and the part actually showed up sooner than I expected. Smooth overall. Then boom, there it was, and I was weirdly excited over a part. I’d definitely use them again

I ordered through Lanbos and had my FFL info sent over, and while everything eventually got worked out, it wasn’t exactly smooth. It took a couple emails to get things moving, and the process felt slower and less clear than I expected. Nothing went seriously wrong, but I’d definitely warn others to keep an eye on it and be prepared to follow up. The price was solid, so I can’t complain too much, but overall it was just an average experience

I had to go through the order verification process, and it was quick and simple. I sent over what they asked for and got the confirmation not too long after. The process itself wasn’t a hassle and there wasn’t any weird runaround, which I appreciated. That said, the communication felt a little dismissive, like they were just rushing through it without really acknowledging my questions. Still, everything worked out fine and I’d probably order again.

The site said the item was in stock, so I went ahead and ordered it, but then I got an update saying it actually wasn’t available. Maybe I should’ve double-checked or expected that could happen, I’m not sure. The refund came through without any issues, so that part was fine, but it was still annoying. Some of the stock info seems to be accurate, so it’s not the worst experience overall.

I had a good experience ordering from Lanbo’s. To be fair, everything went the way you’d hope it would when shopping online. I emailed them with a question and got a quick reply, then the tracking info came through soon after the order shipped and updated without any issues. The item itself was fine and nothing was damaged, thankfully, but the outside box was beat up and the packing inside felt a little lacking. "Warranty support didn’t live up to my past experiences"
I’ve dealt with warranty support from other companies before and usually it’s been straightforward, but this time felt a lot more frustrating. The responses were slow, and when I did hear back, it didn’t really feel like they were trying to help much. Compared to what I’m used to, the whole process was a letdown.
